ABOUT
Tory Hayward is a Nottingham-based printmaker specialising in linocut relief prints, working with traditional materials and tools. Her work is hand-burnished, so every print is unique. The natural world, Japanese printmaking and the occult are a few of the diverse inspirations that have influenced her work.
She designs, hand-carves and prints her art prints herself.
In 2020 Arts Council England funded Tory to carry out a creative development project. Over the course of 2020 - 2021, Tory will be working on her project 'REPRINT' which wil explore witchraft, the occult and folk customs in a transnational context across the UK, Italy and Japan.
